A. Yes, we offer combined shipping discounts on all orders. Combined shipping discounts calculate automatically upon checkout.


Q. Can I pick up my order in person?

A. Currently we only offer our products through shop.gaearoyals.com. This allows us to offer the highest quality oils at the lowest rates possible.


Q. What is your return policy?

A. We offer a 60 day (no questions asked) return policy. Simply email our customer service team at cs@gaearoyals.com or visit our ‘Contact’ page, we will be happy to help you.


Q. My product arrived damaged and/or missing. What do I do?

A. If your order arrived damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product(s) to cs@gaearoyals.com and our customer service team will be happy to assist you!


Q. How long does it take to process an order?

A. All orders will ship within 2 business days of purchase. The vast majority of orders will ship within 1 business day. We do not operate over the weekends
